Refund and Returns Policy

The Dive Unlimited return policy was designed to make this process simple and smooth. If you decided to return the items you purchased, within 30 days of receipt simply contact Customer Service and we'll discuss your options.

Returns

Eligibility Conditions

Please read conditions below. If all conditions are not met, Dive Unlimited reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a minimum 15% restocking fee. Any Products which are damaged or defective, or which are not otherwise in accordance with the Customer’s order, must be returned to Dive Unlimited within 7 days after the Customer has received the products.

  • All returned items must be in new condition, in their original unaltered box and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals and accessories.
  • All delivery charges incurred on returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is found as not damaged, defective or not fit for use as per the Australian consumer guarantee. If the returned item is found to be covered by the Australian consumer guarantee all delivery charges incurred by the Customer will be refunded. All delivery charges for returned items due to a change of mind are the responsibility of the Customer.

Postage

  • We are not responsible for return postage other than for items that fall within the the Australian consumer guarantee, so please attach the correct postage.
  • Sadly, we cannot be responsible for parcels that fail to reach us, so please make sure you obtain a certificate of posting as proof of postage and where possible use a tracked service.
  • Dive Unlimited is not responsible for mishandling of products or ill-treatment of goods during transit.
  • Dive Unlimited is not responsible for personal data or items accidently left in returned items.
  • Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within 7 business days of the receipt of the items.

Non-returnable Items

  • Special order merchandise or any item indicated on the website as non-returnable is as such.
  • Defective items may be repaired, exchanged or refunded at our discretion for the same model or manufacturer's equivalent model.

Packaging of Returns

  • Securely pack all items that you would like to be returned.
  • Send items via registered mail with tracking info as we are not liable for shipments which may go missing during transit.
  • All items must be returned in original/unused condition.
  • Please include the following with your package:
    • Copy of original receipt or invoice.
    • Detailed note as to the reasons of the return.
    • Instructions as to whether you would like a refund or an exchange.

Please allow 7-14 business days for postal exchanges to be processed once received.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your item(s) and we deem that they fall within the Australian consumer guarantee, we will credit your original payment method used to order the items. Please allow up to 30 days for a credit to appear on your account from received date. In most cases, we will issue your refund in the same way you made the original purchase, however if we will not be doing so we will discuss this with you beforehand.
